TEXPO along with other Global Companies to Boost Pakistan ICT Sector

TEXPOTEXPO and Cannon Technologies have been key sponsors and avid participants in many global ICT Exhibitions and Conferences. This time, leading their way by becoming platinum sponsor for the 13th ITCN Asia in Pakistan, demonstrates the vital steps, both TEXPO and Cannon Technologies are taking to pave the way for other global ICT organisations to explore and invest in the region.

Both TEXPO and Cannon understand that sponsoring ICT exhibitions and conferences, not only beneficial for organisations but also equally important for the local community to become aware of latest trends and development in ICT. Over the last 13 years, ITCN Asia has grown to become one of the biggest IT & Telecom extravaganzas of the region and this year it will be held between 8-10 October at Karachi Expo Centre. The objective of sponsoring this major event is to provide valuable business networking opportunities with the peer group, but also to serve as a ground for striking mutually beneficial partnerships. The global share of the country´s ICT industry is estimated at over US$ 2bn.

TEXPO decided to introduce Cannon Technologies’ T4 Data Centre solutions for first time in Pakistan. This ground breaking DataCentre range is manufactured in the UK and followed strict European standards. T4 Data Centrehas been the testament of its superiority and greatness across the world and relatively cheaper compared to their competitors

TEXPO is planning to have a country wide network of resellers and value added resellers, which will not only bring these solutions into local market but also to empower local talent to learn and understand the technicalities of the real Data Centre infrastructure solutions. We are foreseeing an estimated investment of multimillion US dollars, which we aim to spent in creating a partner network from Karachi to Gilgit. Gradually, trainings on these solutions will be offered to the students of polytechnic institutes and engineering universities of Pakistan.
