Samsung Electronics, a global market leader and award-winning innovator in consumer electronics, semiconductors and telecommunications, has once again earned top ranking for its home appliances in the Global Customer Satisfaction Index (GCSI) which is compiled annually by the global consulting group JMAM Consulting.

Samsung Electronics Pakistan MD, Hee Chang Yee said, “This is the seventh consecutive year that more and more Samsung Home Appliances have consistently achieved top ranking in the GCSI which is a clear indicator of the faith that consumers from around the world have in our quality products.”

Six of Samsung’s home appliances earned top rankings on the Global Customer Satisfaction Competency Index (GCSI), further bolstering Samsung’s reputation as a leader in the global home appliance market. The home appliances assessed by the GCSI in 2011 included refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, air purifiers, and vacuum cleaners. Samsung topped the rankings in these categories on the basis of the highest global customer satisfaction ratings.

Samsung has earned the top ranking for 7 consecutive years in the refrigerator, washing machine, and vacuum cleaner categories, for 6 consecutive years in the air purifier categories and for 2 consecutive years in the air conditioner category.

In addition to top rankings in the above 6 home appliance categories, 15 Samsung products in other categories, including TVs, mobile phones, laptops, multifunctional laser copiers, and digital cameras received top rankings as well.
