In recognition of her outstanding efforts for provision of best customer outreach services by Pakistan Telecommunications Company Ltd (PTCL), Haroon Khan was given the “Top Agent of the Contact Center Award” at the Annual Dinner Gala and Awards Ceremony of PTCL Contact Center Lahore.PTCLContactCenter,Lahorereaches out to customers spread all overPakistan for conducting Customers through 1236 and 080080800, with a diversity of services.

ThisContactCenteris awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification and is providing customer services according to the industry standards. ThisContactCenteris dedicated for carrying out Sales and Pre-Sales related activities for PTCL products/ Services and also respond customers for Order registration, Order Verification/Confirmation, Services Deployment Status, Order Management, Complaint Status, billing issues, etc. The 250 seats center operates on 24 / 7 basis, and hosts over 360 Customer Service Agents.

Mr. Haroon Khan received his award from PTCL Senior Executive Vice President Commercial, Naveed Saeed (center), who was the chief guest on the occasion. PTCL’sExecutive Vice President ContactCenters, Junaid Azim, and other dignitaries were also present.
