Finland based DNA says that it has added 50 new base stations to its 3G network, and is also starting an upgrade to Dual Carrier HSPA+ on some base stations.

USA based Cincinnati Bell says that it has launched a 4G mobile network. The company didn’t say which flavour of technology it is using, but the associated handset being supplied is HSPA+ compatible.

Thailand’s TOT and AIS have signed reciprocal roaming agreements to allow up to one million of each networks customers to roam onto the others network.

Chile’s Claro has launched a Mobile TV service, powered by UK based ROK.

China Mobile said 5.6 million iPhone users had access to its wireless network by the end of May, even though they can only use its GSM service.

TSTT (Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago Limited) has selected Axiros to provide TR-069 remote management for their triple play service offering.
